Corporate Governance

FIH Erhvervsbank is not directly subject to the Recommendations on Corporate Governance, because the bank has no shares admitted to trading on a regulated market. However, the Danish Bankers' Association has requested all member banks, including unlisted banks, to comply with paragraphs IV, V and VI of the Committee's recommendations. In addition, the Danish Bankers' Association has made a number of supplementary recommendations, which FIH Erhvervsbank complies with.

In the Corporate Governance Report, FIH Erhvervsbank accounts for its compliance with the recommendations of the Committee on Corporate Governance and the Danish Bankers' Association, respectively.
