There are other holding companies above PF I A/S, but generally speaking the shares and voting rights are distributed with 40 per cent to PFA Pension, 40 per cent to Folksam ömsesidig livsförsäkring/Folksam ömsesidig sakförsäkring and 20 per cent to Cruise I A/S, which is C.P. Dyvig’s holding company for its stake in FIH Holding A/S.
