Funding
A majority of our issued bonds carry an individual Government Guarantee from the Kingdom of Denmark.
All issued bonds backed by the Danish State Guarantee Scheme are executed off a dedicated Guaranteed MTN Programme (which is US Rule 144a compliant). The Guaranteed Bonds are listed with the Financial Stability Company.
Funding is mainly off our EMTN Programme, but also utilises other kinds of documentation. The majority of our bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. A few bonds are listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
