Structured finance entails lending with a different risk profile than traditional financing and is primarily directed at Scandinavian based Private Equity houses as well as the largest companies in the Nordic countries.
 
We structure financing solutions individually, focusing on the characteristics of the specific transaction. Pricing is also determined individually to reflect the current risk and duration of any financing. Due to the size and scale of the transaction we place high demands on investors, due diligence, transaction structure, documentation, and subsequent follow-up.
