FIH is an active borrower in the international capital markets. Funding is primarily driven by our core business, which is lending to Danish corporates.

The need for public issuance has increased due to the activity in the lending business. Presently our financing needs are approximately EUR 2 billion annually.

FIH maintains multiple Funding Programmes. Read more in the section EMTN/CP Programmes. FIH also accepts other kinds of documentation.

FIH is investordriven and tries to accommodate the various demands of the investor.

Most of our bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Domestic bonds are normally listed on the Domestic Stock Exchanges.

We keep liquidity in both EUR and DKK. The funds raised are normally swapped into EUR or DKK, but we keep smaller amounts in other major currencies.
