FIH Erhversbank A/S and BRFkredit in co-operation

FIH Erhvervsbank and BRFkredit start working together on distribution ofmortgage loans to corporate customers.

The Agreement on Cooperation covers distribution of mortgage loans to industryand trade properties, office and business properties etc.

In connection with the loans FIH issues a loss guarantee towards BRFkredit.As payment FIH receives guarantee commission.

The Agreement has no effect on FIH's expectations for 2003.
