The ordinary general meeting of Finance for Danish Industry A/S (FIH Erhvervsbank A/S) took place on 15 January 2009 with the Agenda previously announced.

To FIH's Board of Directors was elected:

Ragnar Árnason and Guðni Niels Aðalsteinsson, 
both appointed by Kaupthing's Resolution Committee.

In addition to this the Board of Directors consists of the 4 existing members elected by the company in general and 3 members elected by the employees.
