FIH's net profit for 2007 amounted to DKK 1,123 million, an increase of DKK 188 million, or 20 per cent, on the 2006 figure. The result is most satisfactory. 

Less minority interests in FIH PARTNERS A/S, net profit totalled DKK 1,094 million. The year saw a flurry of activity in FIH's traditional lending business as well as in new business areas under Capital Markets. 

For Capital Markets, the simultaneous development of the systems and business side of Capital Markets' services presented a major challenge, which was successfully met.
